This brand takes its name from the 19th Century Venezuelan revolutionary Simon Bolivar, liberator of much of South America from Spanish rule. With this in mind it is perhaps no surprise that the brand is simply one of the richest and commanding blends of tobacco within the Habanos S.A portfolio. The wide gauge of the Belicoso provides the perfect platform for the rich flavours and aromas to build and develop into an intensely rewarding finish while the tapered ‘head’ of the cigar concentrates the smoke and provides a nuanced and exceptionally well balanced smoke with a very long finish.
