El Rumbon Cubano with new Cuban band Timbache 14/11/2010

El Rumbon Cubano goes from strength to strength! The last few months have been amazing and we want to thank all our friends old and new for supporting us and helping to make the atmosphere so electric, so warm and so thoroughly enjoyable at our monthly Sunday events.

We’re back again on November 14th with a brand new Cuban band TIMBACHE featuring the inimitable, amazing and super talented Yuri Moreno, director and trumpet player …extraordinaire Eikel Venegas, the incomparable Rey Crespo, and other talented Cuban musicians.

They’ll be on stage at around 10 pm – so make sure you don’t miss their debut performance at El Rumbon Cubano.

At 7.30 pm – 8.30 pm we’ll have our popular Salsaton dance class with CubanaDanza’s principal male dancer – David Martinez .
(£10 including entry to the Rumbon)

Regular Rumbon DJ – Javier – la Maquina de Cuba – will be back to massage your ears, inspire your feet and move your hips to the sumptuous, magnificent, spine tingling sounds of Cuban salsa, timba and reggaeton.

And your host with the most David Martinez will keep things running smooooth like honey.

So now all we need is you!
Because you are all such an important part of what makes it so special.
