CANTOS FEMENINOS DE PAZ Y DE GUERRA WARMI TAKI

This is a unique show celebrating the contribution of so many different women to the history of Latin America the history includes victors and defeated- the history also includes the voice of women. Each songs originates form Pre-colombian ritualistic priestests like the “Lady of Cao”– link very much with the resistance movement called- TAKI ONQOY healing history trough singing and songs of resistance( still present at funerals in the Andes).
The show includes revolutionary songs like: La Adelita, la cucaracha, cancion a la Pachamama- songs to the moon, mother earth- political songs of Violeta Parra, Quechua, Mapuche and Aztec songs as part of the Internationally Women Day.
