This play is a fictional drama derived from events that took place during the Brazilian
military dictatorship (1964-1985). The deep wounds inflicted on a wide section of the Brazilian nation in those years are only now being healed through the creation of a “Truth Commission”,set up to investigate the misdeeds of that pernicious regime.
The action, set in the consulting room of a psychiatrist, hinges on the secrets of a crime committed 40 years ago.
